Straightforward Rates
Our basic rate is quite straightforward at $0.15/60 char line for free format typing with a 24 hour return. If you have special lead time needs or if you have custom templates we can quote those–let us know. Billing is monthly and we accept payments via check, ACH transfer, or credit card.
Convenient Access and Delivery
We provide a call in server for your doctors to use and we can type directly into your platform. We can also type into Word and deliver the documents via password protected files or encrypted email if desired.
Easy Startup
If this sounds interesting, we can provide your doctors/dictators access to our servers and transcribe 2-3 documents free of charge. This not only allows them to get a sense of our service, but allows us to get a better idea of any special needs that you might have (e.g. custom templates) for a quote on those. Information that we would need to ensure we can meet your needs also includes the magnitude of typing you might expect on a weekly or monthly basis. We have multiple personnel, but if your needs exceed our current capacity, we’ll coordinate on a ramp up plan. Note also that all of our practices are HIPAA compliant.
No Binding Contract Required
Any contractual agreement between us can allow either party to cancel for any reason — we aim to satisfy!
